Join us every Fall for the Charter Schools Leadership Update Conference. Timed to coincide with the state's annual policymaking cycle, this conference provides California's charter school leaders with latest fiscal, policy, operations, and instructional updates.

Before you get started with the workshop, you might first review the following tech specs.

The online version of Start Smart is presented via the Adobe Connect online learning tool. You do not need to donwload Adobe Connect, but your system will need to meet the minimum technical requirements specified below.

At a minimum, you will need:

  • Operating System: Windows 7 or later (32- or 64-bit) or Mac OSX 10.7 or later
  • Browser: Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. (Internet Explorer and Safari will also likely work, but Adobe Connect provides less support for these browsers.)
  • Computer speakers or headphones

You will also need (but probably already have installed):

  • Adobe Acrobat Reader
  • Adobe Flash Player 8 or later
